व्यक्ति भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए।
सदस्य की उम्र 18 साल से उपर होनी चाहिए।
व्यक्ति हिन्दू धर्म से संबंधित होना चाहिए।
सदस्यता हेतु आधार कार्ड ज़रूरी है।
एक पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो अपलोड करना आवश्यक है।
ई मेल आई डी एवम फोन नम्बर आवश्यक है।
व्यक्ति का सोशल बैकग्राउंड होना चाहिए।
व्यक्ति का कोई क्रिमिनल बैकग्राउंड नही होना चाहिए।
सदस्य या कोई भी पदाधिकारी संगठन में स्वैच्छिक आधार पर होगा उसको संगठन से कोई भुगतान नहीं होगा।
हर सदस्य या पदाधिकारी को संगठन की क्षेत्रीय/प्रदेश/राष्टीय मीटिंग में आना आवश्यक है।
किसी भी प्रकार की अनुशासन हीनता, फ्रॉड, दोषी होने की दशा में उस व्यक्ति की सदस्यता व पद सस्पेंड/निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा।
किसी भी प्रकार के विवाद की स्थिति में अनुशासन समिति का निर्णय मान्य होगा।
किसी भी प्रकार के शंका, प्रश्न, समस्या के लिए केंद्रीय कार्यालय से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

In the conduct of our organisation, we collect and process personal data of our users and visitors. Personal data is collected in the course of transacting on the website. Personal data is also collected by The Hindu Raksha Ekata Manch and its affiliates outside of website through in-person meetings, participation in conferences and other forums. Personal data is also collected through social media; from solicited and unsolicited communications; responses to promotional and other materials, among others.
